Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Ensure Weatherford's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental fully implemented and sustained across all areas of responsibility.
  • Check all the documentation for the jars and ST prior to shipping to the client
  • All the Jars and ST must be fully redressed as per manual and assy drawings
  • Confirm and report all damaged parts that are identified after inspection
  • Advise and inform the concerned to get the damaged parts for re-work to machine shop
  • Check monitor and control all the duties of the Jar crew including coming to work on time and doing all the Jar work as required and managing the rotation of shifts.
  • Monitor all Jar crew work procedures as required
  • All safety and QHSSE requirements have to be honored and applied by all the Jar team members and you have to stand responsible and take action if any one defaults or does not comply with the requirements.
  • Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line management within the time frame specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are deemed competent to fulfill these

Required Skills:

  • Need 10 to 15 years experience in the Jar shop doing the same required Job.

Required Education:

  • Essential: Completed Senior High school Certificate
  • Computer skills essential

  • Need 10 to 15 years experience in the Jar shop doing the same required Job.
