JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Ensure Weatherford's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental fully implemented and sustained across all areas of responsibility.
  • Receive customer request for quotations
  • Respond to customer request for quotations with the assistance of their manager and the rest of the manufacturing team as required
  • Receive customer purchase orders
  • Acknowledge customer purchase orders
  • Keep customer in the loop on order status
  • Prepare and submit invoices for equipment delivered to operations
  • Follow all Weatherford corporate, health safety and quality guidelines
  • Any other task assigned by the manager

Required Skills:

  • Computing Skills
  • English Language Written and Spoken
  • Microsoft office package

Required Education:

  • Degree preferable but not required
  • Working in a procurement role or a customer support role is preferred
