JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for region that are consistent with corporate goals. Determine which products and solutions fit best within the region. Provide feedback to management on support and infrastructure required to grow this business unit. Build and service customer base on daily basis to provide the highest level of support available

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work assignments carried out to highest quality level

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within physical constraints of the job

Support day-to-day operations in Eastern Region to insure that customer demands are being met and new opportunities are developed.

Maintain relationships with key decision makers in Region to insure that long-term commitments remain in place.

Create opportunities, generate proposals, and close sales opportunities for products, solutions, repair and service business. Utilize product specialists and Region Managers effectively to grow this region.

Manage assigned cost center budgets for operations. 

Work closely with Region Manager to support growth within your perspective regions.

Establish a good working relationship with Weatherford operations personnel to enhance our efficiencies as a team where applicable.

Identify new opportunities for sales within the region. Position Weatherford products as the supplier of choice and lay the groundwork for senior sales people to assist in these opportunities where needed.

Develop top ten key projects list for strategic growth and update on a quarterly basis

Develop customer list by products purchased so we can form a strategy to market other products that have potential with customers other forms of lift.

Create weekly reports for sales activity and distribute to sales management.

Play primary role in supporting and positioning new product rollouts within region.

Work closely with customers local service personnel to insure customer and employee relations.

Work closely with local service and Contractor Company personnel to set up and manage local inventories based on regional customer needs as required.

Develop opportunities to sell service.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Knowledge of technology and terms that relate to oil and gas properties..

Ability to develop and present various sales strategies.

Ability to participate in a group to solve problems in a timely fashion.

Exhibit excellent communication and organization skills.
