JOB DESCRIPTION

Drives revenue and profit growth through establishing and maintaining relationships and connectivity with the client at senior levels within the organization and through the development and execution of a strategic account plan that is aligned with global, regional and local sales and marketing strategies. Acts as a “guide” to navigate the Weatherford matrix for our customers and acts as an internal “guide” for Weatherford as related to the client organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts as the primary contact point for bringing WFT people and information to the client with the intention of supporting the growth in sales

Acts as the primary point of contact at Weatherford for the client

Works with Product Line Sales to develop and implement strategic account plans to client

Drives Product Line strategy to the client

Develops the client strategy with Product Line Sales and Operations teams

Acts as a “guide” to navigate the Weatherford matrix

Acts as an internal “guide” for Weatherford as related to the client organization

Coordinates WFT and client strategy with Sales and Marketing.

Defines and delivers knowledge of client TAM/WAM

Supports strategic planning process.

Enables delivery and implementation of Marketing Strategies for the client

Ensures local account relationships align with Global Account strategy.

Passes feedback and suggestions from the client to Global Account Management

Assists in overseeing the accuracy of the invoicing and timely collections of payment from the client

Guides commercial team through client tendering and contract process.

Acts as a guide for the client through the WFT tendering and contract process.

Shares client information with Business Intelligence team.

Works with the Business Intelligence team to understand global client information (spend, Ops, competition etc)

Assist in credit worthiness assessments and collection of any account deemed to be delinquent

Prepare sales reports for weekly review by management

Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue

Ensures Sales Force is constantly updated with all Client Account information, plans, data and information

Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the management of any problems that may arise.

Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business

Communicates goals and represent their interests to the team.

Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to customers

Maintain relationship with all key decision makers and understand customer’s buying style and process.

Ensure all Commercial processes are processed through TPMS to maximize efficiency of pricing & tendering

Must understand and comply with quality, safety, and company policies of Weatherford.

Follow WFT Compliance policies

Performs various other duties assigned by superiors within the physical constrains of the job

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field or Engineering.

10-15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience

Travel may be required up to 75% to other office locations, customer sites, and attending seminars, conferences, etc.

Must be a team player with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
