JOB DESCRIPTION

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PEOPLE

 

  • Participate in the Performance Management process in order to establish personal work objectives.

 

SCHEDULING

  • Responsible for ensuring that scheduled tasks, priorities and workloads are performed under direct supervision whilst maintaining a commitment to safety and quality;
  • Reducing unnecessary work and promoting and executing efficiency;
  • Maintain the TRS planned maintenance schedule.

 

TECHNICAL

 

  • Assist in scheduling workshop activities to maximize efficiency, including:
  • Prioritise and schedule repairs and maintenance of specialized equipment
  • Implement specialized equipment spare part inventory
  • Maintain good standard of housekeeping practices in workshop and yard
  • Implement and maintain specialized equipment servicing procedures
  • Where applicable, supervise offshore personnel in the workshop.

  

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

 

  • Trade Qualified (Mechanical or Electronic)
  • Strong hydraulic and electronic fault finding ability;
  • Ability to influence people at all levels within the organisation;
  • QHSSE Theoretical and Practical knowledge;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated procedural knowledge and operational competency;
  • Competent management skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Competent IT competence;
  • Sound organisation and time management skills; and
  • Oilfield services experience

 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

     

  • Minimum 2 years post trade experience
