JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is designed to assist members of the Denver Sales Team with their Salesforce requirements. In addition to assisting with the collection of information within Salesforce, the Employee will perform analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the Denver Sales Team to act upon. Additionally, the Employee will provide support for their acting Manager who will provide exposure and training on their responsibilities to help the Employee develop new skill sets. The long-term vision for this position is for the candidate to either transition into a Sales role or into their Manager’s position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Account Managers and Technical Sales Reps with various items within Salesforce such as developing and maintaining Account Plans, Client Visit Reports and Opportunities.

Utilize existing Salesforce reports and dashboards to identify trends that can be communicated to the Sales team. If needed, develop additional reports and/or dashboards to provide additional insight.

Become a Salesforce Super User within Weatherford in order to provide support and train new hires.

Become well-versed within the FieldFX quoting platform in Salesforce.

Complete all training required to become a FieldFX assessor to help drive the adoption of this new quoting platform.

Assist Manager with their responsibilities

Evaluating pricing trends to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments.

Improve current processes for tracking sales performance and providing that information to the sales team.

Improving upon current data collection, analysis and reporting.

Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic understanding of Salesforce or willingness to quickly learn

Intermediate computer skills

Multi-tasking ability

Proficient verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership skills

Should be able to work closely with fellow employees

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher with an emphasis in Business or Sales

Preferred:

Basic Understanding or Experience within the Oil & Gas industry

Advanced Excel skills

Basic Office 365 Experience

Basic Salesforce Experience

Basic Power BI Experience
