SENIOR ASSETSINVENTORY COORD

Supervise contractual relationships with contractors. Prepare approval projects of lease/sublease, sale of assets, to not-included in Weatherford group, according to current Instructions. Control execution stages of approvals. Chief drawer of the contract project (additional agreement), their total support.
Supervise contractual relationships with contractors for provision of services (execution of works) companies' needs. Prepare contract projects, their total support.
Collect, draw up primary account and management documentation on commissioning, movement and retirement of assets in vested contractors, deliver it to accounting department.
Deliver all the required information on unclaimed assets and assets used by companies not included in Weatherford group if it's included in list of unclaimed liquid funds.
Fill in database in contractual relationships register within supervised contracts. Draw up summary reporting, analyse and control contractual relationships register data.
Provide correct and timely filling in of assets data for in the following accounting software: ICS "Parus", PC "Imushchestvo", make amendments and additions where necessary
Direct execution of Department Director and Managers' orders.
Tutorial and hands-on assistance to department personnel.
Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.
2+ years related experience
