JOB DESCRIPTION

Can complete all types of component Rebuilds for Russian and Western equipment and Trucks.

Can Read technical manuals in Russian and English (does not require advanced English skill).

Has complete understanding of all systems and components and their relation to the field operations.

Understanding Russian and Weatherford safety policies and implements them 

Follows written and verbal problem reporting to complete repairs.   

  As Repairmen are working on Company Assets they are required to report any problems not previously identified, to their Immediate supervisor and Maintenance Coordinator so the faults can be entered into the work order and repairs tracked.

Help maintain tool rooms and tools in a safe and organized manner.

Insures all oil and hazardest waste are maintained as per Corperate and RFR Standards.

 Maintains their work area in a clean and safe manner. Cleans up equipment and area after work is performed and at the end of each shift. nding Russian and Weatherford safety policies and implements them.

QUALIFICATIONS

work experience, driving license (B,C categories)

PREFERRED

Work unsupervised and to take responsibility for results and effectiveness of own work;

Flexible and able to support and interface with staff at all levels within the organization;

Honest, accuracy, politeness, attention to details;

Dynamic and driving nature;

Team player.
