Position coordinates and maintains accurate inventory control processes, including receiving purchase orders, stocking purchased and manufactured items, issuing materials to work orders, conducting cycle counts for inventory accuracy, and assisting in full physical counts as needed.


Perform and reconcile daily cycle counts.

Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Inventory database maintenance.

Ensure inventory is counted 100% within allotted time as defined by accounting controller and Weatherford company policies.

Location changes, new parts additions, and general organization.

Post incoming and outgoing part movement.

Assist with inventory maintenance of off-site inventories.

Coordinate with shipping, receiving and material handlers to ensure accuracy of transactions.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Understand and comply with all safety and environmental requirements and company policies of Weatherford.

Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and company with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.



Good computer skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate knowledge of inventory and parts.

Good organizational skills.

2-4 years in a Warehouse environment.

General cycle counting experience.

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.


Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)

JDE Experience

RF Scanner experience

Minimum 2 years experience in Inventory Management

Previous Manufacturing warehouse experience

Previous experience in Oil & Gas Industry
