DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  (Not Listed In Any Particular Order)

1.1Attend pre-job meeting with crew.

1.2Ensure you are equipped with all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and clothing; (steel toed work boots, FR (Fire Retardant) coveralls, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection plus where necessary specialized equipment such as self-contained breathing apparatus).

1.3Perform all tasks in a safe professional manner and follow SOPs.

1.4Attend and actively participate in all required safety meetings, JSAs and walk around/shift handover.

1.5Assist with load out procedures.

1.6Assist with rig up and rig down of surface well test equipment, as per P&ID.

1.7Assist with the completion of operations forms and checklists.

1.8Assist with pressure tests, function tests, as per relevant SOP and equipment design specifications.

1.9Assist during equipment operation, and clean up, repair and prepare for the next job (eg: changing oil, greasing valves, etc.).

1.10Under supervision, monitor equipment controls and instrumentation, and accurately record test data as per job program.

1.11Under supervision, perform liquid sampling and analysing (non-pressurized samples).

1.12Under supervision, perform equipment maintenance and repair work as assigned by the supervisor.

1.13Under supervision, learn and perform troubleshooting of operations.

1.14Notify supervisor of needed spare parts and consumables.

1.15Report all incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe working environments to the site supervisor.

1.16Learn equipment working parameters.

1.17Under supervision, learn and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

1.18Maintain close contact with the site supervisor regarding work assignments; promptly report all concerns regarding equipment/process to the supervisor.

1.19Know how to locate SOPs and ask questions if unsure of work instructions.

1.20Responsible for good housekeeping and cleanliness on location and in the workshop.

1.21Operate company vehicle according to the Weatherford Driver and Vehicle Safety Policy.

1.22Take an active role and participate in Weatherford's Quality Improvement Process and comply with all requirements of the Product Line Operational Control Plan (OCP).

1.23Maintain clear and professional communications with all crewmembers and company representatives.

1.24Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

1.25Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

1.26Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

1.27Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
