JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Change, transfer of documents (users do not have rights and there is only the possibility of operational implementation).
  • Correction, re-checking of chains of documents in case of errors. (somewhere re-conducting somewhere "standard" treatments)
  •  search for the causes of non-standard situations that lead to errors.
  • Writing new reports and updates
  • Finalization of programs at the request of a business
  • 1C user consulting and resolving 1C support requests
  • Analysis of root causes, incident prevention, problem management
  • Performing activities for 1C Support Service  and operation improvement
  • Interaction with regional/global IT groups
  • Adherence to all corporate policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Higher education. Diploma in IT field.

The certificate 1С professional ZUP

Good PC skills, experience working with hardware peripherals, general knowledge of LAN and WAN, knowledge of Windows, profound knowledge of MS Office 2007, 1С Enterprise 8
