JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Job Definition:

1

Performs all duties associated with R&M SPECIALIST – LWD I (as necessary)

2

Performs full disassembly, inspection, assembly, and testing of pulsers, including main valve and control valve when service is required

3

Performs full service (disassembly, inspection, assembly, testing, and calibration when required) of drivers, BAPS, gammas, flow diverters, extensions, interconnects, and batteries.

Performs assembly and disassembly of NDT collars, and testing, calibration, and inspection of neutron and density inserts.

Completes and collects required service records and documentation, and stores electronic copies online and hard copies in files.

Performs failure analysis and update analysis in the Reliability database. Performs CR’s, NCR’s, Work Order Requests, Work Orders, PFTs, TERs, and read and file all tech alerts.

Assists R&M Technicians – LWD I and LWD II in their roles when necessary.

Mentors R&M Technician – LWD I and LWD Trainees

Maintains all shop equipment and tools in good working order

Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Performs various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

Position Title: R&M Specialist II
Criteria: Minimally 2-3+ years related experience - High School diploma (or Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) as minimum. Prefered 2 years College degree
Reports to: Demand Planning Manager, Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager
