Assists with client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.

Assist in coordinating Fields personnel logistics. Liaise with the operations departments regarding check in times, courses and any training requirements required to enable personnel to go on field..

Track and update training course details for example : Medical records, personal detail records and forms. Report to Business Development on monthly basis.

Maintain personnel competency and personal portfolios with documentation and training records.

Ensure that all bonus-sheets are correct, correspond to the personnel utilization database and are signed by the relevant department managers prior to timely submission to payroll. Submit bonus accruals on monthly basis to the Finance department.

Raising purchase requisitions for ordering materials, supplies and services for the department. Tracking orders with vendors and purchase order tracking of monthly third party rentals. 

Responsible for assisting accounts payable with invoices relating to materials and third party invoices, ensuring all are processed in a timely manner. Will also assist with the billing process for the district. 

To have regular effective communication and team work with the Finance team & Operations staff ensuring that the departments are operating as a cohesive working group.

Maintaining and replenishing departmental stationery and PPE stocks.

Assist the Operations Manager and Operation Co-ordinators with QHSSE Reporting.

Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.

Performs various other duties assigned by superiors within the physical constrains of the job
