  • Key Account Manager carries out his/her work on behalf of Weatherford and in accordance with the policies and standards of the Company. His/her actions must not contradict the Company's policy on Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE). Key Account Manager must strictly observe the compliance of actions and procedures with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

• Key Account Manager develops business relationships with the Customer to implement the maximum possible amount of products and services offered by Weatherford and its branches.

• Key Account Manager is responsible for observance of strict confidentiality in the process of work.

• He/she participates in the preparation of proposals to be presented to the clients and discusses the terms of contracts with them.

• Coordinates activities to attract clients.

• Holds organizational activities at all levels and performs the key role in tenders, monitoring of market participation and analysis of any initiatives taken by competitors.

• Secures feedback from the clients (studies their requirements to products (works, services), establishes the reasons for the clients’ dissatisfaction with them or the joint work, analyzes the clients’ complaints and takes action to remedy them and prevent their raising in the future and actions to preserve business relationships.)

• Makes suggestions to the management for improving the Company’s work with clients.

• Prepares reports on the results of his/her work and the clients’ wishes.

• Participates in exhibitions and conferences organized by the Company, customers and other organizations.

• Observes and actively implements EEP and FCPA policies.

• Adheres to the internal work order regulations of the Company.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong sales and commercial knowledge and skills

Good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry

∙           Management skills with ability to exercise initiative to resolve potential & actual problems

∙           Excellent communication skills

∙           Advanced computer and presentation skills with experience of delivering to internal and external clients

∙           Ability to understand and evaluate x-PL opportunities

∙           Preferred: Minimum 7 years industry experience in a combination of sales and marketing roles, preferably 2 years of sales.
