Has responsibility for total operations performance and to plan, coordinate, control and execute the installation of equipment at the Weatherford facility in-line with company and client company policies, procedures and systems, primary focus being in office and may go to field for Liner installation as and when required with applicable field bonus. Minimum oversees a process or a business activity that require regular monitoring of work activity; assigning and/or delegating individuals to schedules; moving assets / resources, administering policies and/or procedures across staff areas; interacting with multiple parties to organize activities / people. Compiles reports concerning progress of work and utilization of machines and equipment.
Must be doing the activities but not limited to as mentioned below:
0-1 Years Oil industry experience, having a Bachelor in Egineering degree preferably Petroleum Engineering.
POSITION SPECIFIC DETAILS
Field and Workshop operations. Technical evaluation of contract scope and review with Application engineering team on layouts, drawings, specifications. Formalizing running procedures and discussing with field personnel in guidance from Operation Manager. Run torque and drag for wells where liner to be installed. Help the Operation manager in successful bidding of tenders. Day to day planning and scheduling of operational activities, time scheduling and utilization reporting for field employees, product line travel planning and coordination with vendors. Creating and placing orders at Weatherford manufacturing and third party vendors as and when required. Job billing and collection. Follow up on service delivery. Minimal client interaction required.
