JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide a working drilling motor that will satisfy customer’s needs including all aspects of disassembling, assembling, and repairing drilling motors.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assemble and disassemble drilling motors.

Assemble and disassemble Bearing packs.

Safe Operation and maintenance of Break out machine

Safe Operation and maintenance of Overhead crane

Safe Operation and maintenance of Forklift

Understand basic measuring equipment and how to correctly implement their use

Evaluate and inspect parts.

Load and unload trucks.

Maintain service reports.

Maintain and clean and safe work environment.

Take calls on a rotating schedule.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

 

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years’ experience working with drilling motors

Good communication skills

Available on a 24 hour basis to respond to customer needs

High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.

Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and tools

Mechanical aptitude

Preferred

Experience on Break-out machinery

ITT technical institute experience/qualification or equivalent

 

Previous experience in working on oil company service products with Drilling Tools or Wire line experience being highly desirable.
